1. You know all the words to all the songs from the musical.
2. Your family and friends (non-POTO phans) also know all the words because you play the CD all the time.
3. You have read Leroux's original novel; 'Phantom' by Susan Kay; 'The Phantom of Mannhatan'; etc, several times (and own them as well, if possible).
4. You want to call your children Erik, Erika, Christine, Christopher, etc.
5. It annoys you when people spell Erik with a 'C' instead of a 'K'.
6. Everytime you see a copy of Leroux's novel with a different cover to any you own, you buy it. (Despite the fact you already have 5? 10? 15? copies already). Plus the Audio book versions.
7. You have a fear of falling chandeliers.
8. You have a collection of broken chandeliers.
9. You draw the mask and the rose symbols on pratically everything you own.
10. You have seen the pre-ALW stage version, plus as many of the films as possible.
11. When listening to 'Empty Chairs at Empty Tables' from Les Misérables you get excited when Marius sings "Phantom faces at the window, Phantom shadows on the floor".
12. You own a Phantom mask.
13. You have a pet named after any of the POTO characters.
14. You know the libretto off by heart, including the stage directions and alternative versions, and can correct any mistakes in it.
15. Johnny Bravo annoyingly reminds you of Raoul!
16. When you realise that you own 17+ copies of MOTN and it still isn't enough!
17. When you begin referring to your room as your lair.
18. People start to believe you when you say you're going to punjab them.
19. When everything you own is covered with masks and Phantom pics.
20. When your purse/bag becomes a little mini-shrine.
21. When you have heart failure when someone so much as touches your precious Phantom CDs without your permission.
