Christine Daaé
Christine Daaé is a young Opera singer who sings at Paris Opera House. Here she meets the Phantom, who teaches her to sing beyond compare. He raises her voice from it's dull monotone to angelic purity. Chiristine, however, rejects the Phantom and runs off with that useless vicomte, Raoul. According to the novel by Gaston Leroux, Erik dies shortly after of a broken heart.
This picture is of Christine Daaé, although I can't remember which actress it is. Can anyone help me?
Personally, if I was Christine, I wouldn't have left the Phantom. I cannot stand Raoul. I really don't see the attraction.
